7-3 Replacement of internal fan
(Example : OCA-S1300BCD-A200)
In the event of a fan failure, go through the following steps
to replace the fan.
(1) Remove the 4 screws and detach
the fan mounting plate.
(Form of a fan mounting plate differs by model.)
(2) Pull out the fan cord and remove
the fixing screws and nuts of the fan.
(3) Attach a replacement fan to the mounting plate.
* Place the fan so as to blow air into
the enclosure interior.
(4) Fit the fan cord and then reattach the fan mounting
plate to the cooling unit.
* Pay attention not to tuck the fan cord under the plate.

7-4 Maintenance of Evaporation sheet/fin
(Example : OCA-S1300BCD-A200)
In case a cooling unit discharges water from
the drain hose despite the working condition is
within the specified range
(35 deg. C, 85%RH both inside and outside an enclosure)
, the Evaporation fin or the Evaporation sheet
may be contaminated. Carry out maintenance
work according to the following procedure.
(1) Remove the 4 screws of the Maintenance panel.
(2) Blow off dirt of the Evaporation fin by
means of compressed air or other means.
(3) Slide the anchorage upward to remove and
take out the Evaporation sheet.
(4) Clean the Evaporation sheet.
If the sheet is oil-stained, aged or hardened,
replace it with new one.
(5) Reattach the maintenance panel to the cooling unit
in reverse order.
