Company

32

Many QuantiFit2 users will have only one company, while others might have dozens, depending
on the needs for testing. The purpose for a Company is to create a division within the database.
The company name will appear on the top of the fit test reports. Company divisions are not
necessary and are only for convenience. The number of people that can be listed in a company is
virtually unlimited. A shared instrument can have a company for each entity that is using the
instrument.

A person can be transferred to any existing company.

individual

o

Custom fields include fields, dates, and lists
A field is an open text box
A date will show a calendar
A list allows the operator to create list items
which permit multiple selections
