Every body is diﬀerent. That’s why we’ve given you the option to customize your massage to meet your speciﬁc needs. Follow these simple

instructions to create a new custom massage. You can create up to three custom programs. To delete a custom massage program, press

and hold the icon of the massage you want to delete and choose the “x”.
