Maintenance

1.  Clean the test cell, cell caps, valve stems, and all fittings thoroughly after 

each test.  Make sure all threads are clean and free of debris.  Blow air 

through all valve stems and fittings to clean out any remaining material.

2.  Before each test, lubricate all o-rings with high-temperature grease to 

ensure a proper fit and increased life.

3.  Periodically inspect valve stems for damage or wear.  Replace any that no 

longer have a sharp point on the end.
