Option 1: 49421 + 49355
1. Attach Metal Legs (1A & 1B) to the bottom
of the Seat Cushion (2) by using 1-1/2”
Screws (3) and tighten the screws.
2. Periodically (every 90 days) tighten all
screws in the chair.
ATTENTION: Make certain all screws
are fully tightened before using chair.
