STEP 1
Remove all the parts from carton, separate them into part numbers indicated
on the list and make sure part quantities are correct.
STEP 2
Lay Frame (1L) on its side. Insert Cross Bars (2) into the frame (1L). Using two
Long Screws (5) attach (1L) to Seat Cushion (3). Insert (1R) to Cross Bars (2) using two Long Screws (5) attach Seat Cushion (3).
FULLY TIGHTEN
ALL FOUR SCREWS. (SEE DETAIL A)
STEP 4
Align the holes on the Frame (1L & 1R) with the holes on the Back Cushion (4) and insert Short Scews (6).
(SEE DETAIL B)
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS BY PHILLIP SCREW DRIVER.
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
