Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1
Attach two Casters (1) to both Seat Support (2) and Knee Supports (3),
FULLY TIGHTEN CASTERS (1) USING KEY WRENCH (13).
STEP 2
Slide one Mount (12) onto each end of Height Adjuster (6), secure Mounts (12) to Knee Support (3) using one Small Screw (9) for each Mount (12).
FULLY TIGHTEN SHORT SCREWS (9) USING ALLEN WRENCH (14).
STEP 3
Slide Knee Support (3) into center of Seat Support (2), remove end of Pivot Pin (7), slide Pivot Pin (7) through both Seat Support (2) and Knee
Support (3), re-attach end of Pivot Pin (7)

Remove end of Pivot Pin (7), slide Pivot Pin (7) through Seat Support (2) and
Height Adjuster (6), re-attach end of Pivot Pin (7),

STEP 4
Attach Seat Cushion to Seat Support (2) using four Medium Screws (9) and four Flat Washers (11), attach Knee Cushion (5) to Knee Support (3)
using four Long Screws (10) and four Flat Washers (11),
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING ALLEN WRENCH (14).
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
