Transmission of a Test Tone

turns on the carrier with recently chosen
frequency and modulated with a test tone of
1000 Hz
The frequency of the test tone can be chosen in the range 350 ... 3800 Hz.
Every time the <OK> button is pressed, the modulated carrier is turned off
and on (the last function is repeated automatically).
