Press the SETUP button in DVD mode. Use

Audio, Subtitle and Disc Menu
If a DVD contains several languages, you can choose the
language for the playback, subtitles and DVD menu.
Parental
DVD discs equipped with the child lock function are rated
according to their contents. The contents of a parental
lock level and the way a disc can control may vary from
disc to disc. If the disc allows, you can edit out violent
scenes and replace them or lock out playback of the disc
altogether. To set the parental level on the sub-menu
press

and press the ENTER button. An interactive menu will
appear. Enter the password, confirm it with ENTER, and
return to the main menu using

There is no default password. You can set a new password referring to Password Setup.
If the Password Mode is set to off in the Password Setup Page, there is no need to enter
password when setting parental control.
