13 Troubleshooting

Attention

If a problem occurs which you cannot solve with the following troubleshooting table,
please mark the unit "Out of order" and get in touch with our service representatives.

14 Inserting corrective lenses

Pull out the clamping device of the lens holder and insert a lens in the opening.

For patients wearing corrective spectacles the eyepiece cup can also be folded back.

Malfunction

Possible cause

Remedy

No function after the mains switch
is turned on, the mains switch does
not light up

C-Quant is not connected to the
mains supply.

There has been a power failure or
the power outlet is not active.

Plug the mains cable of the power
supply into the power outlet or the
DC plug of the power supply into the
C-Quant.

Inform your electrician.

No function after the mains switch
is turned on, the mains switch does
not light up

The unit was turned off and imme-
diately on again.

Wait 5 seconds between turning the
unit off and on again.

The printer does not print

The connection cable of the printer/
PC is not correctly plugged in.

The ink/toner cartridge is empty.

Connect the plug again.

Replace the cartridge.
