Description
Test your mettle through sets of five 30-second sprint and recovery intervals. Sprint intervals are at a higher
resistance than recovery intervals, and incline increases with each set. Between sets, heart rate data is evaluated
to give you a measure of how quickly your heart rate recovers between sprints. A higher number indicates a more
rapid heart rate recovery and represents a relatively better level of fitness. Choose from one of three intensity
levels to make this a real challenge and watch your fitness improve over time!
