IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed:
1.
Before using it, check if the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to coffee maker rating plate.
2.
The appliance must be earthed.
3.
Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children. Children under the age
of 10 should not operate this device.
4.
Do not place the coffee maker on hot surface or beside fire, avoid to be damaged.
5.
Remove plug from wall outlet before cleaning and when not in use. Allow appliance to cool down
completely before taking off, attaching components or before cleaning.
6.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is
dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the manufacturer or importer for examination,
repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
7.
The use of accessory which is not recommended by manufacturer and/or importer may cause injury to
persons or damage to appliance.
8.
Place appliance on flat surface or table, do not hang its power cord over the edge of table or counter.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and/or the cord may not get entangled.
9.
Ensure that the power cord does not touch hot surface of appliance.
10.
Some parts of appliance is hot when operated, so do not touch with hand directly.
11.
Do not immerse appliance or power cord into water or any other liquids.
12.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or importer or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
To ensure the first cup of coffee tastes excellent, you should rinse the coffee maker with warm water as
follows:
1.
Remove the stickers and protective foil or packing from the device. Pour 250 ml water into water tank.
2.
Set nylon filter in funnel (add no coffee ground) and let the water pass through. Have the ceramic cups
be placed on water tray. Repeat this process but ensure the device to cool down for at least 5 minutes
before starting again.
THE MAKING OF DRIP COFFEE
Open the water tank cover, pour proper drinking water into water tank according to the mark in the
tank.
The number of cups can be read on the inside of the tank.
Add ground coffee to nylon filter with measuring spoon, a spoon ground coffee powder can make a
cup of top-grade coffee, but you can adjust according to the taste yourself.
Set nylon mesh into funnel.
Place two ceramic cups on water tray.
Press ON /OFF switch , the red indicator will be illuminated. and coffee will drop out automatically
after a while. Note: at any time, you can't take out ceramic cup to serve, otherwise the coffee may
overflow from the funnel
