30 Chapter 6 Programming Menu
Max Beam Energy
Scan Sets the upper bound for beam energy scan.
Max Screen Voltage Sets the maximum allowable screen voltage.
Copy Standard to
All Propagates settings stored in Standard program to Stand-by, LEED1–
5 or AES1–5, and Outgassing.
Outgassing Timer
Sets for how long outgassing will run as well as a program that will
be selected when the outgassing is finished.
Start-up Mode Select Program Sets the default program selected upon pow-
ering up the unit: Stand-by or Last Opened.
Cable Self-Test Sets whether to run a connection self-test on
start-up time.
Filament Forming
Mode Default Set Sets the filament current value to which it
will defaults after a filament forming proce-
dure.
Shutdown Selects whether the Shutdown program will
be executed after a filament forming proce-
dure.
Filament On/Off
Rate Filament Start Rate Sets the initial filament current ramp up rate.
Filament Operating
Rate Sets the operating filament current rate of
change.
