Troubleshooting the Wi-Fi Connection
If advanced Network Settings have been changed in a computer, it may be necessary to
turn on Automatic DHCP.
Windows 10:
1.
Go to Network Connections: Control Panel
→
Network and Sharing Centre and click
on the Launch Box Wi-Fi.
2.
Choose Properties.
3.
Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
4.
Click on Properties.
5.
Ensure
Obtain an IP address automatically
and
Obtain DNS server address
automatically
are chosen.
