Changing the box settings

To change the box settings, click [User Box Setting] in the Box Detail Infor-
mation page.

Item

Description

Document Name

Displays the name of the document.

Time Stored

Displays the date/time that the document was regis-
tered.

Click this icon to display detailed information for the
document.

Indicates documents that can be downloaded. Click
this icon to download the document to a computer.
Specify the type of data to be downloaded and the
range of pages, and then click [OK].

Click this icon to delete the document.

Click this icon to change the name of the document.

Click this icon to move/copy the document to a differ-
ent box.
