If your smartphone or tablet cannot be connected to OCam,
please follow the instrucons below:
1. Make sure the power cord is fully plugged in.
2. Make sure OCam’s power indicator light goes flashing.
3. Make sure OCam is in the WiFi available connecng area with the
smartphone/ tablet .
4. Make sure OCam is in the available area of the Wi-Fi router.
5. Make sure you insert the correct camera password
6. If OCam would be changed to different WiFi area, you need to reset
the camera and setup again. (Please follow the No.3 content of the
manual of “add my camera” for reference.
