This firmware update must be installed from the SD card.
Firmware update process is completely clears the internal device
memory. All your files will be removed.
If you want to save your data you can saved your files to another location (to the
PC or external SD card) before starting the update process.
To update the device software you can download new firmware from our
website:

Select your location, the model of your device in the Products section, click the
right software and documentation link to enter the section of the software update.
Download to PC the latest firmware from the firmware section.
Then you can install the firmware on the device, follow these steps:
1.
Record the firmware archive file from your computer to an external SD card.
The archive file of firmware should not be unpacked.
2.
Plug in the charger to the power supply, connect to the device power
connector.
3.
Perform a complete power off.
Note:
To disable the device, press and hold the "On / Off" (about 3 seconds) the
power management menu of the device will be displayed. Select the menu item
"Power off".
Wait until the device is turned off. LED near the power connector should be on.
4.
When device is off, press the button

on the sidebar.
5.
Holding the key "", press
"On / Off."
6.
When the screen of device lights up - release the keys. All firmware
operations will be implemented automatically. After the upgrade, the device
restarts automatically.
7.
Wait for complete loading of the device after firmware update.

: The firmware version may be found in section Settings > About device>

Follow the initial settings Wizard. Follow the on-screen instructions.
