TROUBLESHOOTING
Please follow the action step by step, when your earbuds can not connect
successfully with your smartphone nor had only one side on sounded:
1.
Place both earbuds in the charging case, and close the top cover.
2.
Open the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone and select
「
Forget This Device
」
.
3.
Turn off your Bluetooth device and restart again on your smartphone.
4.
Opened the top cover of the charging case and press the button on the charging case for 10
seconds to reset the earbuds setting.
5.
Open the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone and searching for the device named
「
SYN3
」
and tap “connect” then accept the connection to finish when it appears on the
screen.
