Before Requesting Repairs or Service
WARNING
This product can be disassembled and repaired by qualified repair
technicians only.
If you find any problems, follow the troubleshooting procedures below.
Problem

The power switch is
turned ON, but the
power lamp does not
light up and the unit
does not operate
The power cord is not
plugged into the outlet.
Plug the power cord into the
outlet.
The power switch is
turned ON, and the
power lamp lights up,
but the unit does not
operate (the heater
lamp does not light
up)
Not located in a fl at
stable location (tip over
function activated).
Check the location and locate the
unit in a fl at, stable location.
The unit is hot and the
thermostat is working
(see page 7)
The unit will work when the
temperature cools.
If there is an object in the hot air
outlet or opening, please remove it
The hot air outlet/air intake may
be dirty and not be able to suck,
causing the temperature to rise.
Please clean the fi lter (see page 9)
The unit has been used
continuously for about
8 hours (the power was
automatically turned off
by the Auto switch-off
function (see page 7))
Turn OFF the power switch
momentarily and turn it ON again.
Safety equipment
(thermal-fuse) is
activated (See page 7).
Contact the sales outlet or the
service center.
