Before use
Before you use the utensils for the first time you should read the instructions
carefully and save the manual for future use.
The pots and pans are made of high quality stainless steel for extra good conduction
of heat all over the utensil. The bottom of the utensils has an aluminium core for
extra good conduction of heat. The handles are heat resistant and the unique
design makes it possible to pour liquid through the strainer in the lid without
having to hold on to the lid itself.
All products work on all kinds of stoves, such as:

induction
•
electric stove
•
ceramic hob
•
halogen
Use of sauce pan/casserole
Remove the protection clips from the rim of the sauce pan/casserole before you use
it. Wash the utensil carefully. The sauce pans and casseroles are dishwasher safe.
All products in the series have a spout and lid with strainer, which makes it very
easy to pour remaining water without the use of a colander etc. Glass lids on
saucepans and casseroles make it easy to check when boiling temperature is
reached without lifting the lid.
Do not use the utensils in the oven, as they
may be discoloured and deformed.
If you should boil liquid and add salt, we recommend that you wait until boiling
point before adding salt in order to avoid salt stains. Hard water can also cause
stains. Such stains are not in any way dangerous and can be removed by following
the instructions in the section “Cleaning and maintenance.”
Use of fry pan
Before you use the fry pan for the first time you should wash it carefully, rinse
and dry it. Do not use abrasive cleaners or a scourer sponge in the pan. The fry
pan is dishwasher safe, but we recommend that you wash it by hand to preserve
the coating. Grease the inner side of the pan with oil.
Never let the fry pan fry dry or leave it on a hot stove, as this could damage the
fry pan. Only use plastic or wooden utensils as other materials could damage
the coating. Never use the fry pan in the oven, as it may be discoloured or
deformed. Furthermore, the coating may be damaged.
