1) Turn off the kitchen machine and unplug it.
2) Tilt the mixer head and insert the accessory.
3) Hold the accessory with one hand while loosening the nut by means of a adjustable
spanner or wrench. See below drawing.
4) Lower the mixer head and adjust the height by turning the shaft. Ideally the accessory
should just barely touching the bottom of the bowl.
5) Tilt the mixer head, hold the accessory and tighten the nut.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always unplug before cleaning.
The bowl and the accessories are dishwasher safe. The motor base must never be immersed
into water or other liquids. Wipe the motor base and the mixer head with a damp cloth. Avoid
using scouring powder or other abrasive cleaners which may scratch or dull the surface.
Wipe all parts thoroughly dry before storing the kitchen machine.
The snail of the meat chopper, the knife as well as the discs should be greased with vegetable
oil after cleaning to avoid rusting.
IMPORTANT: THE MOTOR BASE MAY NEVER BE IMMERSED IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER KIND OF LIQUID
Safety instructions

9. The appliance should only be used under supervision.
10. Always check appliance, cord and power plug for damage before use. If the supply cord
is damaged, the manufacturer, the service agent, or a similar qualified person must
replace it in order to avoid hazard.
11. It is recommended that the appliance is additionally protected according to power
legislation with a fault current protective device (RCD with a release current up to 30
mA). Contact a licensed electrician.
12. The appliance is for domestic use only.
13. If the appliance is used for other than the intended purpose, or used in violation of
the instruction manual, the buyer is entirely responsible for any consequences. Any
damages to the product or other things are not covered by the warranty.
