Sauce pan
The sauce pan is perfect for cooking stews etc. as it can be used both on the stove
and in the oven. But remember that the handles and the lid of the sauce pan can
get very hot during use, also on the stove. We recommend that you use oven
gloves or similar when handling the sauce pan.
The sauce pan has a ceramic coating and is extremely resistant. In order to
preserve the qualities and the look of the coating we recommend that you use
only wooden or plastic utensils. We even recommend that you put a dishcloth or
similar between the sauce pans and other utensils, in case they are stacked.
Grill pan
Since the grill pan has a circular plate, the ingredients should be placed in the
centre of the grill pan (the hottest area) when cooking on the stove in order to get
a nice grilled finish. If you just want to keep the food warm, just move the food
to the edge of the pan and continue to cook in the centre of the grill pan. If you
want to finish the cooking in the oven,
put the grill pan in a preheated oven.
Note that the handle of the grill pan gets very warm, also when used in the oven.

Ovenproof dish
The ovenproof dish has a ceramic coating and is extremely resistant. In order to
preserve the qualities and the look of the coating we recommend that you use
only wooden or plastic utensils. We even recommend that you put a dishcloth or
similar between the dish and other utensils, in case they are stacked.
Cleaning and maintenance
All products in the range are dishwasher proof, but in order to preserve and
ensure a long life of the coating we recommend hand-washing. If food scraps
stick to the utensil, bring water to boil in the utensil with a small amount of
washing-up liquid for a couple of minutes. Wash as usual with a washing-up
brush and check that all scraps are removed completely. Grease the coating with
some drops of vegetable oil after cleaning. If the utensil is used as described in
the manual you will have it for many years to come.
