Before use
Before the cookware is used for the first time, read this instruction manual
carefully and keep it for later use.
The cookware should be cleaned, rinsed and dried before using it for the
first time. It is strongly recommended to season the inner coating with a few
drops of oil before first use and after cleaning.
Never use aggressive detergents or scouring sponges for cleaning the
cookware.
Instructions of use
The cookware has a ceramic coating that resists high temperatures, offers
good non-stick performance and is extremely wear-resistant. To maintain
the performance and appearance of the coating it is recommended only
to use wooden or plastic utensils. Also, it is recommended always to place
a towel or a cloth between the roasting pan and other cookware when
stacking them on top of each other.
To achieve the best results it is recommended to add a little oil or butter
prior to frying. Never let the cookware burn dry or stay empty on the stove,
as this may damage or in worst case break the cookware.
The cookware is not suitable for use in the oven.
The cookware can be used on all kinds of stoves including induction,
electrical stoves, ceramic plates, gas stoves and halogen plates.
Please note that the handles of the casserole get warm during cooking. For
this reason the casserole is supplied with a set of practical heat insulating
grips.
Cleaning tips
If food scraps stick to the coating, the cookware can be cleaned by boiling
some water with a few drops of mild detergent in the cookware for five
minutes followed by gently scrubbing with a soft non-scratch sponge until
all food scraps have been removed. After cleaning, season the coating with
a few drops of oil.
If you treat the cookware as described, it will last for many years.
Warranty
Warranty according to relevant law. Any claim shall be accompanied by the
cash receipt with purchase date.
