the maximum length the cord may be pulled out. However, it is recommended
that you pull the cord at least 2/3 out (approx. 1.2 metres).
Plug the hair dryer in and select the desired speed using the switch on the
hair dryer handle. The hair dryer has 2 speeds and 3 heat settings. A high
temperature and high airflow are preferable if you want to dry your hair quickly,
or if you want to dry your hair slightly before styling.
Cool function
The various settings may be affected by the cool function (cold air). If you finish
your styling by activating the cool function, (press and hold the button on the
inside of the handle), the hair is cooled, creating a longer lasting style. Release
the button to stop the cool function.
Concentrator nozzle
The concentrator nozzle focuses the airflow when creating a hairstyle, for
example, with a round brush. Attach the concentrator nozzle with a slight
pressure and remove after use. If the hair is to be dried quickly, remove the
concentrator nozzle and set the hair dryer to high heat and high airflow.
After use the hair dryer handle can be folded up to save space during storage.
Fold the handle inwards until it stops. A click is heard for each step.
Hanging loop
This hair dryer has a hanging loop on the hair dryer, which makes it easy to
hang up after use.
Retractable cord
After use, you can easily activate the cord rewind function for ease of cord
storage. Unplug the hair dryer. Hold the plug as you press the cord rewind
button (marked with a plug symbol) so that the cord retracts.
Overheating
The hair dryer has an overheat fuse. Overheating may be caused by the air
intake being covered, clogged with hair and dust, or the exhaust being blocked.
If the hair dryer overheats, it will automatically switch off. If this happens, turn
off the appliance and let it cool down. The hair dryer is ready for use after a
few minutes.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Always unplug before cleaning.
• Clean the air intake at regular intervals. The outer grille can be easily
removed by turning the rear section anticlockwise. Then clean the inside
with a small brush to remove any dust and hair. Then replace the rear
section and turn clockwise. You can also vacuum the air intake when the
hair dryer is off.
• Clean the hair dryer casing with a slightly damp cloth.
