provide proof of original ownership and date of purchase of the
product, or date of installation of the update, by supplying to the
Oberheim Authorized Service Center either the Warranty Regis­
tration Sticker applied to the unit itself, or the sales receipt/
installation receipt. In the event that both have been lost or
misplaced, the Service Center shall, at the Service Center's or
owner's expense, contact Oberheim to verify the Warranty status
of the product.
If the Warranty has been verified, Oberheim will, without charge
for parts or labor, either repair or replace the defective part(s). If
the Warranty cannot be verified, the entire cost of the repair in
parts and labor is the responsibility of the product's owner.

WHAT IS COVERED
ECC/Oberheim warrants that it will make all necessary adjust­
ments, repairs or replacements at no cost to the original owner
within the first 12 months from the purchase date if:
1. The product fails to perform its specified functions due to
failure of one or more of its components.
2. The product fails to perform its specified functions due to
defects in workmanship.
3. The product is maintained and operated by the owner in
strict accordance with the written instructions for proper
maintenance and use as specified in the Owner's
Manual.
