What is the standard password (factory default) for the FM-Master WLAN?

Direct connection to the FM-Master WLAN (Access Point mode) exists. The indicator lamp
is continuously illuminated green. Why is the range limited?

Please note that according to the operating manual the maximum range is 80 m.

Please ensure that the WLAN antenna is mounted correctly.

Point the FM-Master or the WLAN antenna in the direction of the mobile end device to
ensure an optimal connection.

Sources of strong wireless signals in the immediate vicinity can affect the range; change
the WLAN channel under Settings. The selected wireless channel should have as little
traffic as possible.

Please check the following: Is there a natural obstacle that has grown? Have you made
structural modifications that could block the signal?

A router connection is not possible. How can I establish a connection?
Please note: The SSID (network name) of the router must contain no quotation marks ("”).
The WLAN antenna must be mounted correctly.
Please check the following:
3.1 How far is the distance between the router or repeater and FM-Master WLAN?
The indicator lamp flashes slow yellow (2 s on / 1 s off) (Meaning: searching for a router
within range). Please note that according to the operating manual the maximum range is
80 m.
Point the FM-Master or the WLAN antenna in the direction of the router to ensure an
optimal connection.
3.2 Why is the FM-Master not connecting to the router, even though I have not exceeded the
maximum range?

The indicator lamp flashes slow green or yellow: The range to the router may be near the
limit (indicator lamp flashes slow green) or the distance is too great (indicator lamp flashes
slow yellow, searching for a router within range). See 3.1
Please note that interference (such as other wireless users, differences in elevation or other
obstacles) in the vicinity can weaken the WLAN signal.

Reduce distance between FM-Master and router.

3.3 Are there other strong sources of wireless signals nearby?
You may need to change the WLAN channel in the router to a channel with less wireless
traffic (please refer to the operating manual for the router).
