Reminder
You can set a reminder so that the alarm will sound from
five minutes up to one day or not at all, after the
scheduled time originally set for the event
• Press and to scroll through the options available
Repeat
Choose whether the memo will regularly remind you
about the event after the scheduled date. Choose
between None , Daily , Weekly , Monthly or Yearly
• Press and to scroll through the options available
Location
Enter a location for the event
• Press , then enter the location and press to save
To set a memo
• In the calendar screen, press to move
the red box to the date where you wish to
create a memo
• When the desired date is highlighted, press , then select
Option by pressing to enter the calendar menu. Scroll
to Add and press to select and open the memo editor
• In the memo editor screen, scroll to the data field you wish
to edit
You can enter data in the following fields
Subject
Enter a name for the event associated with the memo.
• Press to enter Subject and then enter the name
Start date
Change the memo’s assigned date by pressing the
appropriate number keys
Start time
Enter a time for the event associated with the memo by
using the appropriate number keys
