Customer Service immediately
to bar your mobile and prevent misuse. If
your mobile has been stolen you should
report the incident to the local police.
How do I reset my mobile to
factory defaults?
Enter the Settings menu and scroll to
Master reset and when prompted enter
the code.
I’ve attempted to download/upload
files with my PC using the supplied
CD-ROM and USB cable, but the
handset manager program doesn’t
recognise the phone is connected.
What do I do?
Make sure the cable is plugged securely
into both the phone and the computer,
and that your mobile is turned on. The PC
Suite will not work if your mobile displays
a white charging screen. If you continue
to have problems, reboot your computer
and re-install the PC Suite.
