Using Wi-Fi
Your laptop probably has a built in wireless card, which you can use to connect to Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi’s the fastest way to connect to the internet. And as long as your laptop’s set up on
ø Mobile Broadband, it won’t use up your allowance on the ø network.
Using Public Wi-Fi hotspots
You can connect to Wi-Fi through The Cloud for free. If you’re in one of The Cloud
hotspots (e.g. Pret A Manger, McDonalds, some train stations and airports) and your
wireless is on, it will connect automatically.
You can also connect to Wi-Fi hotspots that aren’t on The Cloud. You might have to pay
for these.
If you don’t connect automatically:
1. Double click the ø icon on the bottom right hand side of your screen to open
ø Connection Manager.
