4T2: Windshield Wiper/Washer Controls

The windshield wipers are controlled by the three knobs on the safety

panel above the helm to starboard. Turning the knob turns on the wiper, the
further you turn it clockwise the faster it runs.

Pressing a knob will activate the washers for all three windshields.
