The unit is not
working Check whether the power supply is normal
Loud operating
noise Remove the jar and place it onto the motor base once
more
Check whether the base is placed solid and smooth sur-
face
the rotary blades
not moving Check whether the power supply is normal
Check whether the connecting point is loosened.
The Jar is jerk-
ing wildly Remove the jar and place it onto the motor base once
more
Switch off the unit and remove the jar to check whether
there are large chunk of food ingrediants that are hard to
blend
the jar is leaking Check whether any loosened screw of the base
Check whether the seal ring is in place
• Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
• Before first use and continuing after each use, wipe off unit with a
damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• Wash the jar and jar lid in warm, soapy water with a non-abrasive
moist sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly with a non-abrasive towel.
• Wipe the b ase with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry thoroughly.
• DO NOT immerse the b ase or cord in water or any other liquid.
• To prolong the life for your appiance, hand-washing parts is advised.
Dishwasher use is not recommended. Never place the b ase in a
dishwasher.
