Product does not work.
Check to see if the units plug is
connected
Connect the main plug into the wall
outlet.
Check to see if the timer is set
Set the timer to the desired time,
adjust
the timer will turn on the power of
the unit.
Food is not cooked enough.
Make sure the basket is not
overfilled.
Put a smaller amount food into the
basket.
Temperature setting is too low.
Adjust the temperature using the
temperature control switch.
Food cooking time is too short.
Adjust the cooking preparation time

The food does not cook evenly.
Some foods during preparation

need to be turned over or
shaken.
May need to change the
preparation time and perhaps
loosen, shake or turn the materials

Difficult to push the pan into the

Be sure the material in the basket
does not exceed the “MAX”
level
There is a white smoke coming
from the product.
There is a lot of grease in the
food being cooked.
