SOLUTION:

 This means 

that the unit is not properly 

assembled. Ensure the 

Pulp 

Basin

 is properly seated  

on top of the 

Motor Base

and the 

Locking Handle

  

is locked into place.

exceeded 10 minutes of 

continuous running time. 

Unplug the juicer and keep 

the unit off for 15 minutes 

before continuing use.
