The communication cable should be checked for damages. The areas where grazes and cuts are
detected should be repaired, and the communication cable should be completely replaced when
necessary. Because of the communication cable carries the necessary energy for the tractor, attention
should be paid to possible short circuits.
If there is dust accumulated in the machine, it can be cleaned with compressed and dry air.
Dust, welding dust and other impurities should be cleaned daily.
Welding cables should be checked for any wear.
The connectors of the welding cables should be tightened regularly.
The brake system of the cable carrier reel should be checked and adjusted if necessary so that the wire
reel does not continue to rotate when the wire feeding stops.
The sieve of the welding dust recovery unit should be cleaned daily.

Loss of communication with the welding power
source * Check the power supply and contact cable.
3 phase available error “ One or more mains
phases are out of range” message appears on
the screen
* At least 1 phase may be faulty, broken or fuse
blown in the mains connection.
Overheating has occurred in the welding power
supply unit.
* Wait a while for it to cool down.
There was a short circuit during welding.
Probably the welding wire is stuck.
* Check the welding wire position.
