3. Tap to start the Ear ID profile, which identifies the softest tone you can hear in a range of
frequencies. Please be patient as the Ear ID evaluation may take up to 10 minutes to
complete. Completing the analysis is important to optimize the hearing aids for your personal
hearing profile.
4. Tap to confirm as soon as you hear a tone.
Please Note: If you miss acknowledging a tone then a screen appears to prompt you to try another Ear
Tip in case the seal in your ear canal is poor. We recommend testing your Ear Tip seal. Another
screen allows you to test new Ear Tips in both ears in turn using a heartbeat sound to verify the seal
Ear Tip seal in each ear.
