Step 7A: Top – Segmented
•
Rest each section of the top onto the frame in the general location they will be secured.

See labels on the sections for proper ordering.

Starting with one end section; place plastic spline into the groove found on the edge of the top. Push the middle
sections into one of the end sections to align the parts.

On the underside of the tops add the tite-joint fasteners in place. Tightening them enough to hold, but still allowing for
adjustments of the tops.
•
Repeat this with the second end piece.
•
Using a rubber mallet make light taps on the sections to flush the top surface and edge seems. Be sure to maintain the
¾” gap in the center.
•
Once sections are in position tighten the tite-joint fasteners to hold the sections in place.
