Ducting For Wall Mounted ECO4 MVHR Units
3.2 Final Installation
The MRXBOX-FF4 should be secured to the slab/joists/ceiling using
appropriate fixings (supplied by others), it should be aligned centrally in
both axes (Figure 2) to the corresponding MVHR unit being connected
to minimise misalignment between the ducts.
Appropriate ducting should then be used to connect the
MRXBOX-FF4 to MRXBOXAB-ECO4 or ancillary MRXBOX-SIL4 if used,
suitable clearance should be allowed around any connecting ducting
passing through the ceiling to prevent vibration being transferred to the
building structure.
