● For Windows XP
1 Connect the FOMA USB Cable
to the FOMA terminal
Attaching the FOMA USB Cable (optional)
to the FOMA terminal in Step 3 of
"Connecting the FOMA terminal to PC"
(p.4) displays the following dialog box:

check " 次の場所を含める " (Include
the following location) to specify
a folder to search, and then click
"次へ " (Next)
The path is "＜CD-ROM Drive name＞: ¥ USB

depends on your PC. The driver is the same
as that of Windows 2000.
When the message "Windows ロゴテスト

the Windows-logo test) appears

When the message "新しいハードウェ
アの検索ウィザードの完了" (The find
new hardware wizard is finished)
appears, click "完了 " (Finish)

Install other drivers
Follow the Steps 1 to 5 to install all the
other three drivers (p.7). If the "新しいハード
ウェアの検出ウィザード " (Find new hardware
wizard) does not appear after Step 5, it
means that all the drivers have been
completely installed. When all the drivers
are installed, the task bar indicator
displays the message "新しいハードウェアが
インストールされ、使用準備ができました。" (New
hardware is installed and ready for use) for
several seconds. Proceed to "Checking the
installed driver" (p.6).
Checking the installed driver
Check that the N600i communication
setting file has been correctly installed.

3 Open the device manager

Click the " デバイスマネージャ " (Device
Manager) tab

Click the " ハードウェ ア" (Hardware) tab
and then click " デバイスマネ ージャ "
(Device Manager)
