You can send and receive SMS to/from parties of international 
carriers other than DOCOMO. Visit DOCOMO's web site for 
countries and international carriers available.

You can send and receive SMS in Korean to/from terminals 
that support Korean.

As for sending/receiving Korean SMS to/from terminals using 
carriers other than DOCOMO (including international carriers) 
which support Korean and L-0

correspondence situation of each carrier. Visit DOCOMO's web 
site for details. Also, the number of characters that can be sent 
depends on the situation of each recipient carrier. For details,
