When ordering the spare parts, please note the type and serial number of the machine, which is stamped
on the nameplate of the machine.
4.4. Maintenance Schedule
Before starting
- Check fuel level
- control of lubrication oil sight glass (if the machine is in a horizontal position, the sight glass is filled
with oil)
- Check the engine oil
regurarly
- tightenning the screws, nuts, etc.
- cleaning the engine from dust
every 5 hours
- check air filter
every 25 hours
- check spark plugs
- control of foot rammer
every 50 hours
- replacement air filter
- changing the oil in the leg rammers (
after no more than 300 hours of work!
)
every 100 hours
- replacing the spark plugs
- engine oil
every 300 hours
- full service at the manufacturer or authorized service
