DAILY OR AFTER EACH USE
Clean vacuum shut-off valve and strainer (Fig. 7).
Empty recovery tank, then remove the recovery tank lid.
Grasp the PVC elbow and gently pull towards the front of
the tank. Rinse the assembly clean and make sure float
ball moves freely inside the screen. Align the slot and
the screw and reinstall the PVC elbow securely.
Clean the solution inlet filter. Loosen the tank
attachment screw (Fig. 1) and open the unit. Remove the
filter cover and strainer screen (Fig. 5). Rinse the strainer
screen clean in warm water. Replace the strainer and
retighten the filter cover.
Note: The CXC 1200 is equipped with two filters: a
solution inlet filter and a recovery tank outlet filter. Both
filters should be cleaned after each use.
MONTHLY
Clean the internal plumbing by rinsing with clear water
at the end of each job. About once a month, rinse the
machine with a commercial flushing compound to break-
up any mineral or chemical accumulation that may have
formed from the use of hard water or chemicals
AS NEEDED
Lubricate the solution line quick-connect couplings
(Fig. 1) with a small amount of rust-inhibiting oil such as
WD-40.
To maintain a professional appearance , wipe the
interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. For deep
cleaning and a lasting, protective shine., use an auto
interior product, like Armor-All

Protectant.
