The inverter provides control and monitoring capabi li� es through the applic a� on program.
During normal opera � on, the Powerporter is controlled by the inverter, and the power
bu � on of the Powerporter should remain on.
Warning: Do not try to use third-party tools and diagnos � c tools to communicate
with Powerporter between Powerporter and the inverter.
Trouble shoo� ng
If the system is not working properly, please perform the following steps
：
Warning: Powerporter and inverter cannot be repaired by users, and must be
repaired by ce r�fi ed installers.
Warning: If the Powerporter failure causes d own�m e and cannot be resolved in
�me, please report to nRuiT or nRuiT authorized service partner in �me. If not
reported to nRuiT or nRuiT authorized service partner within 2 weeks a �e r the
failure, the warranty is invalid.
38. If you cannot communicate with the inverter through the applic a� on, make sure that
the Internet connection is normal.
39. If neither the inverter nor the power switch responds
：
• Turn off the inverter
• C ut off all input and output circuit breakers in the distribu � on box
• Press the POWER bu � on to tur n off Powerporter
• Wait at least one minute
• Press the POWER bu � on to turn on the Powerporter
• Close the inverter switch and all input and output circuit breakers.
Note: If an event (such as a thunderstorm) causes the system to become unresponsive. Do
the following
：
1. Turn off the inverter.
2. Open all input and output circuit breakers in the distribu �o n box.
3. Make sure there is no electrical connec �o n with Powerporter.
4. Press POWER bu �on to close Powerporter.
