Setting depth of the seat
While sitting ensure you have a gap the
thickness of your hand, from the front
edge of the chair seat and the back of
knees. Optimal depth of the seat – about
50 cm – provides support of ⅔ up to ¾
length of thighs.

Aby właściwie ustawić głębokość
siedziska należy upewnić się czy jest
odstęp o grubości dłoni pomiędzy
przednią krawędzią siedziska a kolanami.
Optymalna głębokość siedziska to ok.
50 cm. Zapewnia ona podparcie na ⅔ do
¾ długości uda.

Afin de régler correctement la profondeur de
l’assise, assurez-vous qu'il y ait une distance
équivalente à l’épaisseur d’une main entre
le bord avant de l’assise et vos genoux. La
profondeur optimale de l'assise est d'environ
50 cm. Elle assure un soutien sur ⅔ à ¾ de la
longueur de vos cuisses.
