b. DDNS -
allows to adjust DDNS settings
DDNS Configuration - allows to enable DDNS which locates a device in the Internet by referring to the
registered domain. It is used mainly when the Internet connection of the IP camera has a variable IP
address.
In order to properly register service on a DDNS server please fill the host name, username and
password fields. Additionally, please set the update frequency of the network IP address. STATUS
window informs about current DDNS status and addresses stored on a server.
Information:
Schedule update time of 1440 minutes (one day) is recommended. If update takes place too frequently
server may become blocked.
