4.5 Network
4.5.1 TCP/IPv4
IP Config
There is two possible ways to configure Novus IP
Camera. First one, camera is automatically
configured by
DHCP
server. Second one, user
manually define IP configuration of camera.
Default Settings:
IP Address 192.168.1.200
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1
Caution!
In case of use
DHCP
server, there is possibility
camera change IP address every time when in
network new device will show up. Finding camera
would be impossible without specialist software such as
NmsIpTool
. It is recommended to configure
camera manually.
PPPoE Configuration
Camera can be configured via PPPoE, in this case user have to
select
ENABLE
option and define
User Name
and
Password
.
IP Change Notification Config
Camera got option to inform user in case of change IP address. In
this case user have to select
TRIGGER EMAIL
or
TRIGGER
FTP
option. If camera address will change, user get information
about it.
