Maintenance – Blade Replacement
Install new ply separation blade with bevel side down.
Warning: Do not touch blade edge.

Ensure brass spacers are present
either in the Ply frame or on
bolt. Finger tighten bolts only
so that the blade can still shift
(long bolt in rear and short bolt
in front).
Note: Bolts don’t extend above
the top of the nut once installed.

Insert nuts so that bevels are
facing toward traction rollers.
