Turn rotor by hand - it must turn freely

Inspection

Outdoor installations:

Location must be sheltered

• Measure power consumption at ½ and full

speeds

Ground fan to remove static electricity

Clear installation location to ensure free airflows

Verify torques of fixation bolts

Install wire guards on front and back of fan (IP20)

Measure vibrations on fan casing

• Visual inspection – rotor, casing, silencers and

electric connection
