When the user clicks Clear Profile on the Startup

StartupLogin.conf
file is deleted.
When the user clicks Save Current Profile , the
settings are used to authenticate the user (but not
run login scripts). If authentication is successful
(CASA stores those credentials), the current
settings are written to
StartupLogin.conf
.
