Overview
The following tips will help solve many common problems encountered while using MiFi.
•
Make sure you are using MiFi in the correct geographic region.
•
Ensure that your network operator’s wireless coverage extends to your current location.
•
If you are using MiFi in USB Mode, simply unplugging and replugging in the USB cable can
resolve many issues.
When properly installed, MiFi is a highly reliable product. Most problems are caused by one of these
issues:
•
System resources required by MiFi are being used by other devices.
•
Network coverage is unavailable due to coverage area or an account or network problem.
The following two items are referenced frequently in the solutions that follow. Make note of their
differences.

Open the MiFi Login Home page ( http://www.mifi ).
1. Type www.mifi in your browser address bar and press Enter/Return .
2. The “MiFi Login Home page” opens and gives basic status and access to the microSD card.

Login to MiFi.
1. Type www.mifi in your browser address bar and press Enter/Return .
2. Type the administrative password into the login window and click Login .
3. The “Home” page opens and gives you access to the menus.
