To send email:

Click the
Send
button
on the virtual phone menu to launch the mobile
PhoneTools
program.

Use the mobile PhoneTools
program to send email messages.
To receive email:
You can receive and process email messages through your PC’s regular email software, such as
Microsoft® Outlook™ or the mobile PhoneTools
Inbox
. To access the

, right-click the
mobile PhoneTools green tray icon and click
Reception > Inbox
.
